Terms, Conditions & Refund Policy

Welcome to The BioSport™. By joining our waitlist or subscribing to one of our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This policy outlines waitlist options, subscription requirements, refund eligibility, and non-refundable fees.

1. Waitlist Options

You may join the The BioSport™ waitlist in one of two ways:

A. Waitlist with Deposit – $99 USD (Refundable)

Guarantees early access to The BioSport™ app
Unlocks savings of up to $600 USD off your first-year subscription, applied as monthly discounts on your subscription plan:
- Youth Plan: $200 off/year ($16.67 off per month)
- Advanced Plan: $400 off/year ($33.33 off per month)
- Premium Plan: $600 off/year ($50.00 off per month)
The $99 USD deposit is credited toward the mandatory $599 USD Whole Genome Sequencing fee
Fully refundable if you try the app and choose not to proceed (see Section 3)
To qualify, users must join the waitlist and submit the deposit before Q1 2026

B. Waitlist without Deposit – Free

Receive news, product updates, and launch announcements
Does not include any first-year subscription discount

2. Subscription Terms

Before subscribing to any The BioSport™ plan, clients must complete a required onboarding process, which includes payment of a one-time $599 + GST Whole Genome Sequencing fee. This test analyzes over 15,000 genetic variations linked to athletic performance and is essential for delivering personalized outcomes through The BioSport™ app. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full before your subscription can begin.

All The BioSport™ programs require a minimum one-year commitment. Clients who cancel before completing the 12-month term may be charged a pre-termination fee, depending on the remaining contract length and any promotional discounts applied. Full terms will be shared upon enrollment.

3. Refund Eligibility (Waitlist Deposit Only)

Refunds apply only to the $99 USD waitlist deposit and are subject to the following:

Refunds are available only to users who paid the deposit before Q1 2026
The $99 will be refunded minus any credit card processing fees
Refund requests will be accepted starting Q2 2026
Refunds are limited to one per user/account
Refunds will be issued within 20 business days of approval

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

The $599 + GST Whole Genome Sequencing fee
Monthly subscription fees once activated
Any services, products, in-app purchases, or consultations purchased after activation

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund of your $99 deposit, please email:

Include the following information:

Your full name
Registered email address
Date of app activation
A short note indicating you do not wish to proceed

Our team will confirm your request within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 20 business days to your original payment method.

6. Policy Updates

The BioSport™ may update or revise this policy at any time. Refunds will be honored based on the version of the policy that was in effect at the time of your deposit or purchase.
